Cancelling an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has already been placed and for which payment has been authorized, you can contact our Customer Service by calling phone number + 34 693 760 686, during our business hours.
An order can be cancelled provided that the unequivocal intention to cancel is communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Without this advance notice, cancellation is not possible.
Returning an order
Once the reservation and payment have been made, cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation. After this period, the possibility of changing the time/day will be considered, depending on availability.
In the case of a refund request, this will be made through the same payment method that was used in the purchase.
